In the 40th minute Ervin Bogdán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Prestes made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ramiro Txordon sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Ramiro Txordon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Cássio Prestes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frederico Miguéis to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Ramiro Txordon put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio Prestes. André Onaca was a little too slow when Virgílio Pinheiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 9-1. In the 88th minute, Ramiro Txordon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pegasus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-1.
