Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Palmiro Moura kicked off to start the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SLVidigueira reached it. When Rafael Lobato came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Looser FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Lobato couldn't finish the play. Looser FC's João Sequeira got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Palmiro Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Zambujal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SLVidigueira's Jorge Fragoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Lobato in the 17th minute of play. João Sequeira succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After 38 played minutes Looser FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesário Horta. Olívio Barbosa, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If João Sequeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Lobato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Rafael Lobato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 played minutes SLVidigueira got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Calado. Palmiro Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Zambujal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Looser FC's Cesário Horta got a free kick in the 64th minute. Jorge Fragoso came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Looser FC's Rafael Lobato. But to his dismay, Rafael Lobato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Júlio Carreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jorge Fragoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Fragoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Lobato's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute Rafael Lobato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fernando Madeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, SLVidigueira's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Carreira came free, but Jorge Fragoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Looser FC's Cesário Horta suffered a concussion in the 83rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 84 played minutes SLVidigueira got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Madeira. Looser FC's João Sequeira got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 88 minutes, Miguel Sabrosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SLVidigueira and the Looser FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Sabrosa kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Rafael Lobato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Fragoso having to interfere. Looser FC's Rafael Lobato managed to work through SLVidigueira's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Rafael Lobato dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in.
