Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexandre Lobato started the match with the kick off. Joaquim Quintas kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Rafael Lobato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute João Sequeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Póvoas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Normando Trindade during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Normando Trindade hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Lobato in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeferino Póvoas saved Valadares FC from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, João Sequeira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeferino Póvoas. Valadares FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Sequeira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st match minute, Valadares FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Rego to maneuver through the defense. João Sequeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Zeferino Póvoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. António Rego could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Joaquim Zambujal made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Looser FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Zambujal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by António Rego. Zeferino Póvoas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Looser FC's João Sequeira. But to his dismay, João Sequeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 45th match minute, Looser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Varela to maneuver through the defense. Fabrício Coimbra struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Joaquim Zambujal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valadares FC.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Lobato made a kick off. João Sequeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Zeferino Póvoas made a huge save. João Sequeira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeferino Póvoas having to make a save. Zeferino Póvoas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Lobato's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Valadares FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Lobato came free, but Zeferino Póvoas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Valadares FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Serafim Viveiros hit a great ball. Valadares FC's Zeferino Póvoas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Lobato in the 67th minute of play. Zeferino Póvoas made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when João Sequeira sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Valadares FC's Zeferino Póvoas got control of the ball when João Sequeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, Looser FC's João Sequeira made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeferino Póvoas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute, Severino Vilanova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Júlio Carreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeferino Póvoas made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Sequeira in the 76th minute. Zeferino Póvoas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Sequeira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 77 minute of play. After 84 played minutes Looser FC got a freekick which was hit by André Varela. With a little luck, Valadares FC's Zeferino Póvoas got control of the ball when João Sequeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Valadares FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normando Trindade to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, João Sequeira notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Valadares FC's Zeferino Póvoas. Zeferino Póvoas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Looser FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Valadares FC.
