Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sämändär Abduhämov started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Pinhal getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Vicente Borba hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Sämändär Abduhämov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in 1.FC Eleven Portuguese's zone, Vicente Pinhal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Varela came out of the goal and Vicente Pinhal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Borba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Varela having to interfere. Gil Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Macena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Eleven Portuguese's Amílcar Caldeira got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Artur Quaresma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Varela having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, 1.FC Eleven Portuguese's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Macena came free, but Gil Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Amílcar Caldeira came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the 1.FC Eleven Portuguese fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílcar Caldeira couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Vicente Pinhal made a precise shot to the right of Gil Varela. 1.FC Eleven Portuguese's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Gil Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurentino Gama in the 46th minute of the match. Gil Varela came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinhal's Vicente Pinhal. But to his dismay, Vicente Pinhal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Quintanilha during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes 1.FC Eleven Portuguese got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Quintanilha. When Vicente Pinhal came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Pinhal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Pinhal couldn't finish the play. Vicente Pinhal took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gil Varela. Gil Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 74th match minute, Pinhal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romão Amaro to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the game, Laurentino Gama cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Gil Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dário Macena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Gil Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurentino Gama in the 85th minute of play forced 1.FC Eleven Portuguese's goalkeeper Gil Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gil Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurentino Gama in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, 1.FC Eleven Portuguese's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Pinhal came free, but Gil Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Borba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Pinhal's Durval Couto got control of the ball when Sämändär Abduhämov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gil Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário Macena in the 97th minute of play. Pinhal walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
