Mariano Esteves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerónimo Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Vítor Bentes made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Matias Gonçalves sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lokomotiva- Axantrazada's Edgar Laureano didn't even have to move. Miguel Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. AKXE MADUREIRA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
