With a left leg Pedro Bento saved São MARTINHO FC from getting behind. If Mauro Lamego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Isaac Malvin succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in São MARTINHO FC's zone, Isaac Malvin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Bento came out of the goal and Isaac Malvin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gil Festas might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Bento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gil Festas ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Malvin in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Melquiades Vachon notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of São MARTINHO FC's Pedro Bento. Pedro Bento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Danilo Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Gil Festas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the São MARTINHO FC defense, Danilo Sanches kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Bento. The São MARTINHO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Bento should have stopped the shot. Danilo Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pedro Bento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Isaac Malvin put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Bento. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Melquiades Vachon managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAG F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Vachon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Bento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind São MARTINHO FC's goalkeeper Pedro Bento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute Melquiades Vachon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, São MARTINHO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Malvin came free, but Pedro Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Bento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 88 minutes, André Mourão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MAG F.C. and the São MARTINHO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 minutes, Isaac Malvin made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. São MARTINHO FC's Pedro Bento tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Malvin in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MAG F.C. fully deserved thier win.
