Faião 2024's Graciano Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Faião 2024 from getting a goal against them. Pascoal Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Vides in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Faião 2024 booed when Fintinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Tomé didn't get a good kick on the ball. Américo Cesário succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 12th playminute. Faião 2024's Graciano Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Faião 2024 from getting a goal against them. Pascoal Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Bentes in the 33rd minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Amável Cordeiro in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fintinhas's Cassiano Oliveira. After a rather tough play, Fintinhas's Américo Cesário got a free kick in the 41st minute. Dário Bentes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregório Carmo's late challenge caught a Fintinhas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gregório Carmo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Faião 2024 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gregório Carmo hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Américo Cesário fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Graciano Pereira having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Cassiano Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Zeferino Salazar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fintinhas's Pascoal Barros didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cândido Soveral during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fintinhas getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Cândido Soveral hit a great ball. Graciano Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Cesário, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fintinhas's zone, Dário Bentes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascoal Barros came out of the goal and Dário Bentes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fintinhas's Pascoal Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dário Bentes in the 84th minute of play. Torcato Domingos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Fintinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Bentes came free, but Pascoal Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Graciano Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Cesário, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Julião Borges charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julião Borges the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th match minute, Faião 2024 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julião Borges to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fintinhas fully deserved thier win.
