Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when João Veríssimo kicked off to start the match. Viriato Faria shot from long distance in the 3rd minute, but Antero Vieira was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 5th minute, Filipe Borba fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice moves Adolfo Carneiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Antero Vieira however easily saved by the left post. In the 13th minute, Devesa FC's Filipe Borba ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Antero Vieira. Antero Vieira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Devesa FC's Adolfo Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, SC Lourencinha's Antero Vieira got control of the ball when Adolfo Carneiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Filipe Borba came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Devesa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipe Borba couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute Filipe Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antero Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Borba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filipe Borba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antero Vieira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, SC Lourencinha's Antero Vieira got control of the ball when Adolfo Carneiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute Filipe Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th play minute Adolfo Carneiro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Antero Vieira. 2-0. In the 48th minute, Domingos Ventura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filipe Borba was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Devesa FC's Filipe Borba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antero Vieira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Ventura during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, SC Lourencinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Ventura to maneuver through the defense. Adolfo Carneiro scored 4-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antero Vieira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SC Lourencinha's Nuno Belo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antero Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Borba in the 73rd minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, SC Lourencinha's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Carneiro came free, but Antero Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Filipe Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Viriato Faria shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antero Vieira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 96th minute Filipe Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Devesa FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
