The supporters of ADCR Loreto United FC booed when Lombo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ADCR Loreto United FC's Cesário Abrantes got a free kick in the 13th minute. A collision led to Lombo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Baltasar Cardoso hit a great ball. Nuno Caiado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Matai having to interfere. Vladimiro Matai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermano Garcez in the 38th minute of play. Cassiano Paião made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ADCR Loreto United FC's José Fonte. Hermano Garcez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Vladimiro Matai made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermano Garcez to strike the kick off in the second half. When Salvador Mafra came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the ADCR Loreto United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Mafra couldn't finish the play. Cesário Abrantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Eusébio Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Mafra scored 0-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusébio Amaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frederico Torcato hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Hermano Garcez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Salvador Mafra could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Eusébio Amaro however easily saved by the left post. In the 83rd match minute, Lombo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Esparteiro to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Salvador Mafra managed to get in a good position for a shot. ADCR Loreto United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Mafra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Amaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Fonte got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Salvador Mafra. Lombo's Eusébio Amaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Lombo from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Caetano Esparteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded ADCR Loreto United FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lombo.
