Blue Dragon FC's Octávio Raminhos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micael Portela in the 18th minute of play. Nuno Frois sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Lousada took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Madeira. David Madeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ronaldo Monsanto kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário Palmeira in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octávio Raminhos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bento Torcato kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 42 minutes, Micael Portela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Touriz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Micael Portela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Vilaça kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micael Portela in the 45th minute of play forced Blue Dragon FC's goalkeeper Octávio Raminhos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mário Palmeira struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Octávio Raminhos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Touriz. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nuno Frois stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Blue Dragon FC's Nuno Frois in 63 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. David Madeira guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Dragon FC's zone, Mário Palmeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octávio Raminhos came out of the goal and Mário Palmeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nuno Frois scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Madeira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute, Laurentino Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Touriz's Micael Portela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octávio Raminhos narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
