Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Severino Pádua took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, SC Calvo's Carlos Vilas Boas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Serafim Fagundes managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Calvo's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafim Fagundes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caio Quintela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th match minute, Guarda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Mendes to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Carlos Vilas Boas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 19 played minutes SC Calvo got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Santos. Serafim Fagundes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio Quintela having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafim Fagundes to strike the kick off in the second half. SC Calvo's Nuno Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Calvo from getting a goal against them. Carlos Vilas Boas's late challenge caught a Guarda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Almeida was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severino Pádua showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 93 minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
