ATito's Abílio Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiago Júdice was the one to do the kick off. Manuel Mendes got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to ATito getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Manuel Mendes hit a great ball. Tiago Júdice struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Rui Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penaventosa FC. Nicolas Peralta might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joakim Hørk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Peralta ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicolas Peralta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joakim Hørk having to interfere. Homero Pinto hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in ATito's zone, Tiago Júdice stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Abreu came out of the goal and Tiago Júdice tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th match minute, ATito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Câmara to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Júdice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Vítor Ferrão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, ATito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertino Mourão to maneuver through the defense.
