In the 10th minute Vítor Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Winnicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Cabazadas United's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Sousa came free, but Damazy Winnicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Vítor Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. F. CANELAS 2010's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Filinto Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabazadas United's supporters rose to their feet, but Filinto Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matheus Nunes hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Baltasar Vilanova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Damazy Winnicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damazy Winnicki made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Jon Forsmo sent off a good shot on target. Vítor Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damazy Winnicki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute, Baltasar Vilanova got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 minutes, Pedro Veiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cabazadas United and the C. F. CANELAS 2010 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Cabazadas United got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Veiga. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Baltasar Vilanova made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Cabazadas United booed when C. F. CANELAS 2010 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Lemos in the 61st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, C. F. CANELAS 2010's Vítor Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damazy Winnicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Nuno Figueiredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gentil Soeiro in the 77th minute. Baltasar Vilanova struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Damazy Winnicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. F. CANELAS 2010. In the 80th match minute, Cabazadas United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeferino Guterres to maneuver through the defense. Cabazadas United's Damazy Winnicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Sousa in the 86th minute of play. Nuno Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filinto Barbosa in the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the C. F. CANELAS 2010 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
