In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mirandella FC's goalkeeper Franklin Silva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 5th minute of the match Kappasul Sport Club got a corner. Mirandella FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Quintino Amaral ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kappasul Sport Club's Quintino Amaral was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Franklin Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Josué Lima hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Damião Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Águas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kappasul Sport Club's Tomás Veiga got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Mirandella FC's Valentine Zumel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Águas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Damião Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kappasul Sport Club getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Porfírio Durães hit a great ball. Cristiano Bacelar kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Damião Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damião Leite charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damião Leite the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Damião Leite hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Valentine Zumel succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Leonel Águas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stor Saleh, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Inácio Portela kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Valentine Zumel came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leonel Águas could save by the left post. 55 minutes into the match, Tomás Veiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franklin Silva. Mirandella FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Veiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Kappasul Sport Club's zone, Valentine Zumel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Águas came out of the goal and Valentine Zumel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 61 played minutes Mirandella FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Carrasqueira. If Damião Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Leonel Águas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mirandella FC! Franklin Silva had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Quintino Amaral's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Mirandella FC's Valentine Zumel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonel Águas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Stor Saleh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonel Águas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damião Leite in the 86th minute of the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Inácio Portela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mirandella FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Portela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Águas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentine Zumel went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Kappasul Sport Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mirandella FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
