The Kappasul Sport Club fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Kappasul Sport Club's Tomás Veiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 21 minutes, Evandro Onofre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lancao and the Kappasul Sport Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. 23 minutes into the game, Lancao's Ramiro Salazar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Porfírio Durães ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente Guerreiro was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Tomás Veiga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomás Veiga really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Noronha was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Guerreiro didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Kappasul Sport Club's Porfírio Durães shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 66th match minute, Kappasul Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porfírio Durães to maneuver through the defense. In the 69thth minute of the game Tomás Veiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lancao's Vicente Guerreiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Lancao getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Lázaro Calheiros hit a great ball. Tomás Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Leonel Águas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Noronha's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. A collision led to Lancao getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Evandro Onofre hit a great ball. Kappasul Sport Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
