Spectators: 7668 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vicente Parente started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute Hamilton Calçada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Bragança got free with Cesário Costa in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Éder Lobo fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azelha FC's protests and gave Éder Lobo a yellow card for diving instead. Éder Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Azelha FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Gois. After some careless play in the Azelha FC defense, Vicente Parente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesário Costa. The Azelha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesário Costa should have stopped the shot. Bruno Gois kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Hamilton Calçada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barb0za FC's Salvador França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 played minutes Azelha FC got a freekick which was hit by Sabino Vasconcelos. Vicente Parente's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Cesário Costa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hamilton Calçada to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseu Fontes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Salvador França firmly grabbed it by the left post. Salvador França was a little too slow when Carlos Mota got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamilton Calçada in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salvador França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes, Hamilton Calçada made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Barb0za FC's Salvador França tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 66 minutes, Zarco Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barb0za FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zarco Mesquita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 played minutes Azelha FC got a freekick which was hit by Evandro Durães. A collision led to Barb0za FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Zarco Mesquita hit a great ball. After 75th play minutes Hamilton Calçada shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Salvador França and just under the crossbar into goal. After 78 minutes, Bruno Gois mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azelha FC and the Barb0za FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Bruno Gois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zarco Mesquita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesário Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Hamilton Calçada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Salvador França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Vicente Parente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Azelha FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
