After 4 minutes of play, CD Nacional's Silvestre Regalado made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador França was left in no man's land by his defense there! CD Nacional's Elias Teofilio got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Bragança during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Silvano Bragança kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karlos Bencoiechea in the 15th minute of play forced Barb0za FC's goalkeeper Salvador França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, CD Nacional's Guilherme Pegado got control of the ball when Vicente Parente tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Silvestre Regalado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, CD Nacional's goalkeeper Guilherme Pegado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Higino Rodrigues. In the 26th minute, Barb0za FC's Vicente Parente dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Barb0za FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Regalado came free, but Salvador França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Silvestre Regalado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Regalado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barb0za FC's Salvador França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Regalado in the 36th minute of play. Fernando Henriques took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salvador França. Salvador França dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When CD Nacional's Silvestre Regalado in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barb0za FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Vicente Parente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barb0za FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Parente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guilherme Pegado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Salvador França came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by CD Nacional's Elias Teofilio. But to his dismay, Elias Teofilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 59 played minutes CD Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Elias Teofilio. Vicente Parente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Barb0za FC's Salvador França got control of the ball when Karlos Bencoiechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salvador França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Regalado went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Silvestre Regalado might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salvador França. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvestre Regalado ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvestre Regalado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Salvador França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Silvestre Regalado took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Salvador França to make any attempt to save it. If Vicente Parente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Silvestre Regalado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Regalado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Karlos Bencoiechea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Salvador França. That made the score 1-7 in the 93 minute of play. Karlos Bencoiechea kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. CD Nacional's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
