A collision led to Xtreme Academy getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Caetano Rangel hit a great ball. Hermes Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Alvogas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xtreme Academy the free kick. 63 minutes into the match, Aristides Borba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermes Abreu. Xtreme Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aristides Borba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Hermes Abreu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jairo Saraiva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 68 minute of play.
