In the 11thth minute of the game Valentim Valadares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xtreme Academy's Hermes Abreu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Higino Caiado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio Oliveira in the 16th minute of play. Adriano Amaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Higino Caiado made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Bessa in the 30th minute of play forced Imortais FC's goalkeeper Higino Caiado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Xtreme Academy's zone, Raimundo Taveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermes Abreu came out of the goal and Raimundo Taveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 minutes, Caetano Rangel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xtreme Academy and the Imortais FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caetano Rangel kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Imortais FC's Gustavo Lopes tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Caetano Rangel hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Olívio Oliveira made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Gustavo Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higino Caiado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Rangel in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Xtreme Academy booed when Imortais FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Taveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th match minute, Xtreme Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th match minute, Imortais FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Lima to maneuver through the defense. Hermes Abreu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valentim Valadares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. Imortais FC's Higino Caiado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olívio Oliveira in the 77th minute of play. Raimundo Taveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermes Abreu having to interfere. After 85 minutes of play, Imortais FC's Raimundo Taveira made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermes Abreu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Olívio Oliveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 played minutes Imortais FC got a freekick which was hit by Normando Macedo. Higino Caiado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Alcântara in the 95th minute of play.
