The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aldaír Trigueiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guido Mista went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Aldaír Trigueiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ye Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Guilherme Prada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Ruas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as G.D Vitória de Sernache's Ye Sang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aldaír Trigueiro. That made the score 2-0 after 11 minutes of play. G.D Vitória de Sernache's Guilherme Prada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Amaral in the 16th minute of play. Ye Sang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dionisio Frasco scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldaír Trigueiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidro Vilalobos during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aldaír Trigueiro had in the 24thth minute some difficulties stopping Paras Burr's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. G.D. 1º de Maio's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Guido Mista 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. When Valentim Torcato fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored G.D Vitória de Sernache's protests and gave Valentim Torcato a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to G.D Vitória de Sernache getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Valentim Torcato hit a great ball. The supporters of G.D Vitória de Sernache booed when G.D. 1º de Maio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilídio Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes, G.D Vitória de Sernache's Paras Burr shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aldaír Trigueiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in G.D Vitória de Sernache reached it. G.D. 1º de Maio's Aldaír Trigueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ye Sang in the 37th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Aldaír Trigueiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Jaime Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Dionisio Frasco could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Aldaír Trigueiro however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to G.D. 1º de Maio getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ilídio Figueiredo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the G.D. 1º de Maio defense, Ye Sang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldaír Trigueiro. The G.D. 1º de Maio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldaír Trigueiro should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Mista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, G.D. 1º de Maio's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Frasco came free, but Aldaír Trigueiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Ye Sang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aldaír Trigueiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Aldaír Trigueiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Mista in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Guido Mista notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of G.D. 1º de Maio's Aldaír Trigueiro. Aldaír Trigueiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the game, Guido Mista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Aldaír Trigueiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Guido Mista managed to get in a good position for a shot. G.D Vitória de Sernache's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Mista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldaír Trigueiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guilherme Prada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Ruas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldaír Trigueiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Sang in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Joaquim Ruas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Prada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, G.D Vitória de Sernache's Valentim Torcato made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldaír Trigueiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, Dionisio Frasco made a precise shot to the right of Aldaír Trigueiro. G.D. 1º de Maio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. 87 minutes into the match, G.D. 1º de Maio's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Mista came free, but Aldaír Trigueiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Lúcio Lamego was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. G.D Vitória de Sernache's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave G.D. 1º de Maio the free kick. In the 91st minute, Lúcio Lamego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guilherme Prada made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Joaquim Ruas sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute Dionisio Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldaír Trigueiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. G.D. 1º de Maio's Aldaír Trigueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ye Sang in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, G.D. 1º de Maio's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Mista came free, but Aldaír Trigueiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
