TORRESIBA's Óscar Fraga couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Os Lagartos. Os Lagartos's Gusmão Vilarinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Figueiras in the 8th minute of play. Gusmão Vilarinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afonso Antunes in the 9th minute. Gusmão Vilarinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Figueiras in the 12th minute of play. Gusmão Vilarinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diamantino Figueiras's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso Antunes got free with Gusmão Vilarinho in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Diamantino Figueiras took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gusmão Vilarinho to make any attempt to save it. Gusmão Vilarinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diamantino Figueiras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Os Lagartos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Antero Távora scored to the left of an out of position Gusmão Vilarinho, making the score, 3-0. TORRESIBA's Afonso Antunes got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Os Lagartos's goalkeeper Gusmão Vilarinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Diamantino Palhares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Os Lagartos's goalkeeper Gusmão Vilarinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Antunes. In the 48th minute Diamantino Palhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lourenço Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 55th minute Cyryl Kendra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusmão Vilarinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Julião Gentil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Os Lagartos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TORRESIBA the free kick. The supporters of TORRESIBA booed when Os Lagartos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julião Gentil didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to TORRESIBA getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Adriano Domingos hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Antero Távora notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Os Lagartos's Gusmão Vilarinho. Gusmão Vilarinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gusmão Vilarinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Figueiras in the 65th minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Afonso Antunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Os Lagartos's Gusmão Vilarinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Os Lagartos's goal looked a bit too open when Diamantino Figueiras came free, but Gusmão Vilarinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gusmão Vilarinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Figueiras in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Antero Távora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gusmão Vilarinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Gusmão Vilarinho came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by TORRESIBA's Afonso Antunes. But to his dismay, Afonso Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 82 played minutes TORRESIBA got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Anjos. The supporters of Os Lagartos booed when TORRESIBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyryl Kendra didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diamantino Palhares got free with Lourenço Pinheiro in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antero Távora kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Lourenço Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Palhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diamantino Palhares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TORRESIBA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
