David De Boeck who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Vilhelm Arhenius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. David De Boeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Vilhelm Arhenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilhelm Arhenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David De Boeck in the 64th minute of play. If Ciccio Mascia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beira Mar SC's Tarcísio Bento was substituted for Telmo Pires. Deslarga-me F.C.'s Vilhelm Arhenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David De Boeck in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Beira Mar SC's Ciccio Mascia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
