In the 2nd minute, Albert Karapetkov made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Paixão. EM PAUSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jacinto Paixão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Horta in the 6th minute of the match. Jacinto Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Horta in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Artur Horta notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of EM PAUSA's Jacinto Paixão. Jacinto Paixão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, EM PAUSA's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Horta came free, but Jacinto Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The União Caparica fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when União Caparica's Artur Horta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Karapetkov in the 20th minute of play forced EM PAUSA's goalkeeper Jacinto Paixão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Paixão came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by União Caparica's Albert Karapetkov. But to his dismay, Albert Karapetkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Jacinto Paixão came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by União Caparica's Artur Horta. But to his dismay, Artur Horta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. With an all-out effort, EM PAUSA's Sidónio Maltez threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pedro Malheiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. EM PAUSA's Jacinto Paixão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Horta in the 39th minute of play. The União Caparica fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when União Caparica's Albert Karapetkov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The EM PAUSA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. União Caparica were winning 0-8.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albert Karapetkov made a kick off. Jacinto Paixão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albert Karapetkov went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Artur Horta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artur Horta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, EM PAUSA's goalkeeper Jacinto Paixão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Karapetkov. 77 minutes into the match, Albert Karapetkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Paixão. EM PAUSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Karapetkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Jacinto Paixão made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Albert Karapetkov sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes into the match, Albert Karapetkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Paixão. EM PAUSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Karapetkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Karapetkov got free with Jacinto Paixão in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. EM PAUSA's Jacinto Paixão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Horta in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Albert Karapetkov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Paixão was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. Jacinto Paixão made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Albert Karapetkov sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded União Caparica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than EM PAUSA.
