After 7 played minutes BoavistaPorto FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Resende. 10 minutes into the game, Hugo Resende recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacinto Paixão. Hugo Resende showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, BoavistaPorto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hamilton Neto came free, but Dida Yu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BoavistaPorto FC booed when EM PAUSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bento Horta didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Cláudio Aveiro in the 15th minute really tested Jacinto Paixão's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Hamilton Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Yu having to interfere. Jacinto Paixão made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Rogério Quadros sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Yuriy Gorbachev made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Paixão. EM PAUSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 25th match minute, EM PAUSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bento Horta to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, EM PAUSA's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Resende came free, but Jacinto Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Rogério Quadros took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Jacinto Paixão to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, EM PAUSA's Jacinto Paixão got control of the ball when Rogério Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Resende in the 40th minute of play forced EM PAUSA's goalkeeper Jacinto Paixão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Paixão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogério Quadros in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Resende in the 43rd minute of play forced EM PAUSA's goalkeeper Jacinto Paixão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hamilton Neto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Rogério Quadros made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Paixão. EM PAUSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 56 minutes into the match, EM PAUSA's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Quadros came free, but Jacinto Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Josué Moniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Resende scored 7-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto Paixão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yuriy Gorbachev might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto Paixão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yuriy Gorbachev ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Hugo Resende left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BoavistaPorto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. In the 69th minute, Rogério Quadros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Paixão was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. BoavistaPorto FC's Cláudio Aveiro suffered a sore thigh after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. BoavistaPorto FC's Egídio Azeredo was substituted for Cláudio Aveiro. 81 minutes into the game, Yuriy Gorbachev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Jacinto Paixão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacinto Paixão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuriy Gorbachev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Paixão came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by BoavistaPorto FC's Rogério Quadros. But to his dismay, Rogério Quadros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. In the 89th minute, Yuriy Gorbachev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Paixão was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Jacinto Paixão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogério Quadros went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score.
