It was a well-played corner which Óscar Cardozo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A collision led to SC Moitinhos getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ricardo Quintela hit a great ball. If Zeferino Carvalhais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 9 minutes in the game, Salvador Ramalho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Daniel Amaral having to interfere. A hard shot 9 in the game by Óscar Cardozo from a close distance when the talented Daniel Amaral managed to make a qualified save. SC Moitinhos's players were relieved. 13 minutes into the game, Eloy Rozarius recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Amaral. Eloy Rozarius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Nuno Raminhos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Catarino Azevedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Max Moberg skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Daniel Amaral managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when A.C.CROCA's Óscar Cardozo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the SC Moitinhos defense, Zeferino Carvalhais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Amaral. The SC Moitinhos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Amaral should have stopped the shot. The supporters of A.C.CROCA booed when SC Moitinhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timóteo Henriques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Óscar Cardozo in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daniel Amaral, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, SC Moitinhos's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Ramalho came free, but Daniel Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óscar Cardozo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Óscar Cardozo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Daniel Amaral skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Óscar Cardozo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Daniel Amaral made a huge save. When Salvador Ramalho came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the A.C.CROCA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Ramalho couldn't finish the play. After 47 played minutes A.C.CROCA got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Rozarius. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Óscar Cardozo put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Amaral. In the 59th minute, SC Moitinhos's Manuel Silveira seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Manuel Silveira the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Moitinhos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Manuel Silveira had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of SC Moitinhos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A.C.CROCA:s goal. The referee gave A.C.CROCA a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zeferino Carvalhais, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Moitinhos's Daniel Amaral. 6-0. After 64 minutes, Dércio Vidigal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Moitinhos and the A.C.CROCA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Ricardo Quintela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Óscar Cardozo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Amaral saved SC Moitinhos from getting behind. Daniel Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óscar Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Daniel Amaral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Zeferino Carvalhais managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C.CROCA's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeferino Carvalhais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rui Mendes took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Amaral. Daniel Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. The audience was convinced that Óscar Cardozo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Amaral was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the A.C.CROCA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
