The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Perlinhas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Marinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Dalmacio Nabar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascoal Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perlinhas FC were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Mogadourense A. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henryk Ernest took the corner. Henryk Ernest made a great header on Perlinhas FC's corner, it was just that Mogadourense A. C.'s Pascoal Jesus managed to reach the ball for a save. 16 minutes into the match, Mogadourense A. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anton Eriksson came free, but Pascoal Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dalmacio Nabar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascoal Jesus was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Pascoal Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Nabar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascoal Jesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Eriksson in the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mogadourense A. C.'s Oscar Ek got a free kick in the 28th minute. Pascoal Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Nabar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Nabar in the 37th minute of play forced Mogadourense A. C.'s goalkeeper Pascoal Jesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes Mogadourense A. C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henryk Ernest who took care of the corner kick. In the 39th match minute, Mogadourense A. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Perlinhas FC's Henryk Ernest tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Teófilo Freire charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teófilo Freire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes Mogadourense A. C. got a freekick which was hit by Teófilo Freire. Mogadourense A. C.'s Pascoal Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Eriksson in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Moisés Monsanto made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mogadourense A. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Nabar came free, but Pascoal Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Anton Eriksson made a precise shot to the right of Pascoal Jesus. Mogadourense A. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Pascoal Jesus made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Rafe Almazan sent off a good shot on target. Pascoal Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Osoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Perlinhas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermes Bezerra came free, but Hermengildo Fiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Mogadourense A. C.'s goalkeeper Pascoal Jesus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Eriksson. In the 72nd match minute, Mogadourense A. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meng Yue Yin to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Mogadourense A. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Nabar came free, but Pascoal Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascoal Jesus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henryk Ernest in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Mogadourense A. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Westermann came free, but Pascoal Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascoal Jesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Nabar in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Eriksson got free with Pascoal Jesus in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perlinhas FC played a much better game than Mogadourense A. C. and deserved their victory. The Mogadourense A. C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
