Spectators: 7960 (Terracing: 5971, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zeferino Carvalhais kicked off to start the match. Zeferino Carvalhais scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Afonso Vasconcelos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abílio Curado kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Óscar Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Paços de Ferreira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viriato Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Zeferino Carvalhais took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afonso Vasconcelos. Afonso Vasconcelos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After having played for 27 minutes, Óscar Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.C.CROCA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Óscar Cardozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Salvador Ramalho made a precise shot to the right of Afonso Vasconcelos. Paços de Ferreira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Afonso Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 36 minutes, Zeferino Carvalhais made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Paços de Ferreira's Afonso Vasconcelos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Óscar Cardozo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Vasconcelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Óscar Cardozo ran back to his position shaking his head. When A.C.CROCA's Zeferino Carvalhais in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paços de Ferreira's goalie prevented a goal. If Salvador Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Paços de Ferreira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. A.C.CROCA were winning 0-7.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Vaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Afonso Vasconcelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Óscar Cardozo's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Óscar Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Afonso Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeferino Carvalhais received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Afonso Vasconcelos came out and tried to block the shot, but Zeferino Carvalhais slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 58th minute. In the 63rd minute, Óscar Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zeferino Carvalhais's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Afonso Vasconcelos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Paços de Ferreira getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Mariano Assunção hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Paços de Ferreira's Reinaldo Resende got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 76 played minutes Paços de Ferreira got a freekick which was hit by Abílio Curado. When Nuno Raminhos came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the A.C.CROCA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Raminhos couldn't finish the play. Salvador Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Afonso Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A.C.CROCA's Rui Mendes was substituted for Salvador Ramalho. With his leg Afonso Vasconcelos managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when A.C.CROCA's Zeferino Carvalhais fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A.C.CROCA were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Paços de Ferreira's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nuno Raminhos took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Archie Harban heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Afonso Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as A.C.CROCA's Rui Mendes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Afonso Vasconcelos. That made the score 0-10 after 88 minutes of play. Rui Mendes struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Afonso Vasconcelos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C.CROCA.
