Iker Peru came out of the goal and Virgílio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iker Peru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the game, B.Z. F.C.'s Virgílio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Peru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Iker Peru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Teixeira in the 36th minute of the match. José Guilherme took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Peru. Iker Peru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 46th minute, Augusto Belém ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Peru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. The Samorim FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. B.Z. F.C. were winning 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgílio Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. Iker Peru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Guilherme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 played minutes Samorim FC got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Rodrigues. Samorim FC's Iker Peru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Samorim FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Samorim FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. João Pinto hit a great ball. José Guilherme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavier Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Virgílio Costa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iker Peru came out and tried to block the shot, but Virgílio Costa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 66th minute. The supporters of B.Z. F.C. booed when Samorim FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Peru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Samorim FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Peru should have stopped the shot. B.Z. F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
