Enzo Raposo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Câmara having to interfere. After some careless play in the CASTROFOOT defense, Manuel Taborda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorato Álvares. The CASTROFOOT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorato Álvares should have stopped the shot. When Nicolas Miguéis fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THRASH ATTACK F.C.'s protests and gave Nicolas Miguéis a yellow card for diving instead. Nicolas Miguéis hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in CASTROFOOT's zone, Gustavo Paixão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Álvares came out of the goal and Gustavo Paixão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the game, Enzo Raposo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Severino Câmara. Enzo Raposo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Josué Baião struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Severino Câmara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CASTROFOOT. Honorato Álvares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Taborda went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Taborda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Adriano Vilas Boas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. THRASH ATTACK F.C.'s Aprígio Bento shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Honorato Álvares but with some difficulty. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Porfírio Barcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot. CASTROFOOT's supporters rose to their feet, but Porfírio Barcelos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Câmara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th minute of the match, Manuel Taborda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Honorato Álvares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. THRASH ATTACK F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aprígio Bento in the 60th minute. Osvaldo Varela tried in the game's 60th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Honorato Álvares. An annoying self made goal, 1-3. In the 65th minute, Manuel Taborda made a precise shot to the right of Honorato Álvares. CASTROFOOT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Manuel Taborda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Severino Câmara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Porfírio Barcelos went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Gustavo Paixão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Honorato Álvares made a huge save. Enzo Raposo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Severino Câmara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, THRASH ATTACK F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Porfírio Barcelos came free, but Severino Câmara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 88 minutes, Manuel Taborda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
