With a little luck, VILACOBA SPORT CLUB's Joop De Raemaekers got control of the ball when Fulgencio Emenon tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to VILACOBA SPORT CLUB getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cassiano Valente hit a great ball. The nice shot from Vladimiro Infante in the 80thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Joop De Raemaekers had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 83rd match minute, VILACOBA SPORT CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Moura to maneuver through the defense. Filipe Lustosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Gutierrez having to interfere. Fulgencio Emenon did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Joop De Raemaekers 89 minutes into the match. The FC Nação Portuguesa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Nação Portuguesa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
