Spectators: 5012 (Terracing: 4005, Seating: 1007, VIP seats: 0) FC Nação Portuguesa's Fulgencio Emenon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Artevasi F.C's Filipe Valério sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinicio Gutierrez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vinicio Gutierrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Fidalgo in the 4th minute of play. Vinicio Gutierrez came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Artevasi F.C's Filipe Valério. But to his dismay, Filipe Valério quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Igrejas during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Jorge Igrejas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Fidalgo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Gutierrez having to interfere. Camillo Colangelo was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Fulgencio Emenon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fulgencio Emenon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Daniel Vilalobos hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Nação Portuguesa's zone, Lucílio Malafaia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinicio Gutierrez came out of the goal and Lucílio Malafaia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Artevasi F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Sanches came free, but Camillo Colangelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucílio Malafaia hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Vladimiro Infante hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Filipe Valério shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Nação Portuguesa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucílio Malafaia was slow to take the kick. During this time Artevasi F.C's players had a chance to rest. Gabriel Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Vinicio Gutierrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Fidalgo to make the kick off. Rafael Fidalgo came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vinicio Gutierrez could save by the left post. Camillo Colangelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Fábio Furtado hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 65th match minute, Artevasi F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marat Chebaevskiy to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Carreira didn't quite understand what happened when in the 67 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Vinicio Gutierrez made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Gabriel Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. Fulgencio Emenon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camillo Colangelo having to interfere. After 80 played minutes FC Nação Portuguesa got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Infante. Camillo Colangelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Infante, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, FC Nação Portuguesa's Nuno Sanches got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute, Nuno Sanches ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camillo Colangelo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 90 minutes into the match, FC Nação Portuguesa's goalkeeper Vinicio Gutierrez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Fidalgo. 91 minutes into the game, Nuno Sanches was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Nação Portuguesa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Artevasi F.C the free kick. Camillo Colangelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Emenon, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Gabriel Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Gutierrez having to interfere. FC Nação Portuguesa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Artevasi F.C for a fine match.
