Tarcísio Resende blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedito Tomé having to make a save. After having played for 22 minutes, Tarcísio Resende managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC carne de 2ª's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarcísio Resende was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedito Tomé came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC carne de 2ª's Tarcísio Resende. But to his dismay, Tarcísio Resende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Januário Peralta struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Benedito Tomé didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC carne de 2ª. Benedito Tomé took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarcísio Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Tarcísio Resende's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedito Tomé was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 35th minute SC Azinhaleite were awarded a corner. David Esteves went to the cornerflag to take it. Benedito Tomé tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Telinhos to make the kick off. With a little luck, SC Azinhaleite's Benedito Tomé got control of the ball when Tarcísio Resende tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 52nd minute FC carne de 2ª were awarded a corner. Moisés Flores went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Moisés Flores got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benedito Tomé quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A beautiful save bye SC Azinhaleite's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, FC carne de 2ª's Ionuț Arieșan got a free kick in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Magnus Hellström notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of SC Azinhaleite's Benedito Tomé. Benedito Tomé was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Tarcísio Resende sped through SC Azinhaleite's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benedito Tomé. In the 83rd minute, Magnus Hellström made a precise shot to the right of Benedito Tomé. SC Azinhaleite's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. In the last second Benedito Tomé throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tarcísio Resende in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tarcísio Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito Tomé having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tarcísio Resende in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedito Tomé prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC carne de 2ª's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
