Camarnais FC's Hermes Bandeira got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermes Bandeira during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Balurcos booed when Camarnais FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermes Bandeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, Balurcos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Hermes Bandeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Balurcos's Mário Ferraz got control of the ball when Hermes Bandeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aldo Brandão hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Balurcos's Eurico Passos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cassiano Teves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Aldo Brandão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camarnais FC and the Balurcos players grew even worse after the yellow card.
