Spectators: 7176 (Terracing: 6016, Seating: 1150, VIP seats: 10) Armando Calheiros started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Isidoro Isusko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Balurcos's zone, Hermano Teves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mário Ferraz came out of the goal and Hermano Teves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidoro Isusko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Calheiros in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Timóteo Torcato dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mário Ferraz, 1-0. The supporters of Balurcos booed when SC Valdreu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armandinho Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Ferraz having to interfere. Hermano Teves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mário Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Aveiro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Hermano Teves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Armandinho Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Armandinho Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mário Ferraz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After 39 played minutes SC Valdreu got a freekick which was hit by Lourenço Setúbal. In the 43rd minute, Zarco Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balurcos's goalkeeper Mário Ferraz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zarco Pinho charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zarco Pinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th match minute, Balurcos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zarco Pinho to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermano Teves to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Zarco Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mário Ferraz came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by SC Valdreu's Armandinho Mota. But to his dismay, Armandinho Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Isidoro Isusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Calheiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 68 played minutes Balurcos got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Andrade. Timóteo Torcato struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Mário Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Valdreu. In the 73rd minute, Hermano Teves made a precise shot to the right of Mário Ferraz. Balurcos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eurico Passos got free with Isidoro Isusko in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidoro Isusko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Calheiros in the 88th minute of play.
