Alexander Førland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teófilo Sabrosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to PIQÕES FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Teófilo Sabrosa hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Rui Amaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cyryl Siwek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Poças in the 41st minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Rui Amaro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cyryl Siwek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th match minute, PIQÕES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avelino Castro to maneuver through the defense. Cyryl Siwek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rui Amaro in the 46th minute.

Alexandrense's Alexandre Moita was substituted for Alexandre Fiúza. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teófilo Sabrosa was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of PIQÕES FC booed when Alexandrense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipólito Amaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Hipólito Amaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th match minute, PIQÕES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentim Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Cyryl Siwek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Amaro in the 65th minute of the match. Alexander Castellazzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86thth minute of the game Rui Amaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PIQÕES FC's Cyryl Siwek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th match minute, PIQÕES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Guarda to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Rui Amaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dé Fender kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Cyryl Siwek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Moita in the 95th minute of play. Rui Amaro hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Alexandrense players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
