Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mahmut Durul took the kick off in the first half of the match. Valentim Mourinho came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Clube Palmela's Paulo Marinho. But to his dismay, Paulo Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute Mahmut Durul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentim Mourinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentim Mourinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Prunaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Esmoriz got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Seixas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahmut Durul in the 16th minute of play forced Esmoriz's goalkeeper Valentim Mourinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Manuel Prunaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Clube Palmela's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Prunaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentim Mourinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Manuel Prunaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24th play minutes Manuel Prunaru shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Valentim Mourinho and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Sporting Clube Palmela getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Cândido Regalado hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Mahmut Durul made a precise shot to the right of Valentim Mourinho. Esmoriz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some careless play in the Esmoriz defense, Mahmut Durul kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentim Mourinho. The Esmoriz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentim Mourinho should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jordão Lamego stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Sporting Clube Palmela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Marinho to maneuver through the defense. Valentim Mourinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mahmut Durul in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute of the match, Mahmut Durul got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valentim Mourinho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mahmut Durul succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. In the 64th minute, Eliseu Patrício ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentim Mourinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Mahmut Durul struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Valentim Mourinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Clube Palmela. Valentim Mourinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mahmut Durul showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 75 minute of play. Valentim Mourinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Prunaru in the 78th minute of the match. Esmoriz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Manuel Prunaru scored to the left of an out of position Valentim Mourinho, making the score, 0-12. Thanks to some nice moves Mahmut Durul could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Valentim Mourinho however easily saved by the left post. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Clube Palmela left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Esmoriz.
