But to his dismay, Eliseu Tristão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Almiro Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. estrelas's supporters rose to their feet, but Almiro Veloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. estrelas fully deserved thier win.
