With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gentil Vital prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Niel Van Haerschot put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gentil Vital. Gentil Vital stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niel Van Haerschot's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Gentil Vital showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Örtendal in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niel Van Haerschot in the 21st minute of play forced Valcerto's goalkeeper Gentil Vital to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Valcerto's goal looked a bit too open when Niel Van Haerschot came free, but Gentil Vital reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gentil Vital showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niel Van Haerschot, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The corner ended in Elman Zeynälzadä almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Valcerto's Gentil Vital did a great save. Furkan Şahin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gentil Vital tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Arsenal Clube de Lisboa were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Laureano was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Arsenal Clube de Lisboa got a freekick which was hit by Peter Östman. Damião Paião took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Satria Witarsa. Arsenal Clube de Lisboa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Niel Van Haerschot notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Valcerto's Gentil Vital. Gentil Vital was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 63 minutes into the match, Arsenal Clube de Lisboa's Niel Van Haerschot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gentil Vital narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Arsenal Clube de Lisboa getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Furkan Şahin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Laureano in the 75th minute of play forced Arsenal Clube de Lisboa's goalkeeper Satria Witarsa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Niel Van Haerschot made a precise shot to the right of Gentil Vital. Valcerto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Gentil Vital made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niel Van Haerschot in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furkan Şahin in the 83rd minute of play forced Valcerto's goalkeeper Gentil Vital to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 85 in the game by Niel Van Haerschot from a close distance when the talented Gentil Vital managed to make a qualified save. Valcerto's players were relieved. After having played for 86 minutes, Furkan Şahin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal Clube de Lisboa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Furkan Şahin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niel Van Haerschot got free with Gentil Vital in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valcerto's Gentil Vital proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Valcerto from getting a goal against them.
