Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomás Laureano kicked off to start the match. Tomás Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Laureano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Pedroso got free with Gentil Vital in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gentil Vital made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emílio Correia in the 9th minute. A collision led to Valcerto getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tomás Laureano hit a great ball. Sebastião Pedroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Gentil Vital made a huge save. After 22 minutes of play, Valcerto's Tomás Laureano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 26 minutes, Aristides Saraiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valcerto and the TRIGUEIROS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Valcerto getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Graciano Gois hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Graciano Gois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Sebastião Pedroso took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Gentil Vital to make any attempt to save it. TRIGUEIROS's Xavier Amaral shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gentil Vital but with some difficulty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marco Correia was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Tomás Laureano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tomás Ferreira, passed just outside the right post. After 57 played minutes TRIGUEIROS got a freekick which was hit by Marco Correia. Aristides Saraiva took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Ferreira. Tomás Ferreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 64th minute Tomás Laureano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TRIGUEIROS's Tomás Ferreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save TRIGUEIROS from getting a goal against them. If Aristides Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Aristides Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes TRIGUEIROS got a freekick which was hit by José Nunes. Aristides Saraiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Tomás Ferreira made a huge save. After having played for 77 minutes, Tomás Laureano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valcerto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Laureano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Valcerto's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Pedroso came free, but Gentil Vital reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristides Saraiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Ferreira having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Tomás Laureano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valcerto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Laureano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Castilho during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the final whistle sounded Valcerto left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TRIGUEIROS.
