Romão Padilha made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Ramo Duro sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the LFC defense, Eliseu Trigueiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romão Padilha. The LFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romão Padilha should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Radomir Grabowicz hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Durval de Sena kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romão Padilha. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. LFC's Altino Baía managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Álvaro Valverde in the 29 minute of the game. 温义斌 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Assis in the 30th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Severiano Assis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 温义斌. BAESURIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severiano Assis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a rather tough play, LFC's Aquilino Bento got a free kick in the 35th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Durval de Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BAESURIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Durval de Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseu Trigueiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romão Padilha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseu Trigueiro in the 42nd minute. Álvaro Veloso hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind LFC's goalkeeper Romão Padilha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseu Trigueiro to make the kick off. Romão Padilha came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by BAESURIS's Ramo Duro. But to his dismay, Ramo Duro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 65 minutes into the match, Durval de Sena notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of LFC's Romão Padilha. Romão Padilha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th match minute, LFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Bento to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Durval de Sena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romão Padilha was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Norberto Perdigão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 温义斌 having to interfere. After taking down the ball on BAESURIS's corner Caio Teves fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Romão Padilha quite easily take care of the ball. BAESURIS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
