The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Levi Hanmark was out of position in the 2 minute of play, and André Gaspar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. André Gaspar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Levi Hanmark was a little too slow when Valentim Carreira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Gaspar in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Levi Hanmark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentim Carreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Levi Hanmark came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by S. L. Sousel's Renato Corte-Real. But to his dismay, Renato Corte-Real quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some careless play in the GRiSP defense, André Gaspar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Levi Hanmark. The GRiSP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Levi Hanmark should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Valentim Carreira made a precise shot to the right of Levi Hanmark. GRiSP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. André Gaspar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Levi Hanmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. André Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Levi Hanmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Éder Borba in the 30th minute of play. GRiSP's Levi Hanmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Gaspar in the 32nd minute of play. Valentim Carreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Levi Hanmark skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 40 minutes into the match, GRiSP's goalkeeper Levi Hanmark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Boaventura. With a little luck, GRiSP's Levi Hanmark got control of the ball when Renato Corte-Real tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Amaro didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 7-0 via right post in the game's 43rd minute. S. L. Sousel's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 47 minutes into the match, GRiSP's goal looked a bit too open when André Gaspar came free, but Levi Hanmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentim Carreira made a kick off. If Valentim Carreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, André Gaspar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S. L. Sousel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Gaspar in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Levi Hanmark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Severiano Braga got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alfredo Amaro. A collision led to GRiSP getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ryan Newland hit a great ball. André Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Levi Hanmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Renato Corte-Real put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Levi Hanmark. After some careless play in the GRiSP defense, André Gaspar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Levi Hanmark. The GRiSP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Levi Hanmark should have stopped the shot. Valentim Carreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Levi Hanmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 minutes of play, S. L. Sousel's Renato Corte-Real made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Levi Hanmark was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute Hermes Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levi Hanmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Renato Corte-Real had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Levi Hanmark. GRiSP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renato Corte-Real was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. When the referee ended the match the S. L. Sousel players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
