Hermano Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute of the match, Hermano Raposo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aldaír Ferreira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Hermano Raposo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 15th minute, Catarino Mafra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes of play, Samouco Futebol Clube's Hermano Raposo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldaír Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, Samouco Futebol Clube's Ted Vallmark nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldaír Ferreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ted Vallmark received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aldaír Ferreira came out and tried to block the shot, but Ted Vallmark slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 27th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Aurelian Nicolae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Guizão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelian Nicolae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hermano Raposo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Aldaír Ferreira made a huge save. When Aurelian Nicolae fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Guizão's protests and gave Aurelian Nicolae a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th match minute, AC Guizão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelian Nicolae to maneuver through the defense. After 43 minutes, David Rebocho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Guizão and the Samouco Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AC Guizão booed when Samouco Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Vallmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hermes Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldaír Ferreira came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Samouco Futebol Clube's Ted Vallmark. But to his dismay, Ted Vallmark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Catarino Mafra during the 81st minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Samouco Futebol Clube fans cheered their team off the field, for while AC Guizão had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
