The wind increased when Kent Lindkvist made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Viator Palomar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.D.Pedorido and the Samouco Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacob Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacob Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Samouco Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jacob Sá hit a great ball. Ramiro Matos hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Stijn De Deygere could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Leif Lönn however easily saved by the left post. Kent Lindkvist took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucílio Abreu. Lucílio Abreu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. If Ted Vallmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Miguéis in the 75th minute of play forced Samouco Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Lucílio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samouco Futebol Clube's Lucílio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Lindkvist in the 76th minute of play. Leif Lönn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Vallmark in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by G.D.Pedorido's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reginaldo Figueira was slow to take the kick. During this time Samouco Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. In the 91st minute, Rui Cortez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to G.D.Pedorido getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Viator Palomar hit a great ball. Reginaldo Figueira struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Leif Lönn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samouco Futebol Clube. In the 97th minute, Samouco Futebol Clube's Ted Vallmark dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5.
