Aldaír Ferreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kent Lindkvist went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. André Távora hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Hermes Mendes might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leif Lönn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hermes Mendes ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in G.D.Pedorido's zone, Hermes Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leif Lönn came out of the goal and Hermes Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Lindkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldaír Ferreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kent Lindkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Kent Lindkvist put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Aldaír Ferreira. Kent Lindkvist scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldaír Ferreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kent Lindkvist struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Aldaír Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for G.D.Pedorido. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgílio Valadares in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leif Lönn saved G.D.Pedorido from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Kent Lindkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, AC Guizão's Aurelian Nicolae got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, AC Guizão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Rebocho to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the AC Guizão defense, Kent Lindkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldaír Ferreira. The AC Guizão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldaír Ferreira should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute, Fernando Miguéis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The G.D.Pedorido fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelian Nicolae got free with Leif Lönn in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, David Rebocho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Kent Lindkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Kent Lindkvist notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of AC Guizão's Aldaír Ferreira. Aldaír Ferreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgílio Valadares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aldaír Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53rd play minutes Kent Lindkvist shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Aldaír Ferreira and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 61stth minute of the game Kent Lindkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Guizão's Aldaír Ferreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute of the match, Fernando Miguéis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aldaír Ferreira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kent Lindkvist had several of the AC Guizão's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 65 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Aldaír Ferreira as he didn't even see the shot coming. After having played for 70 minutes, Kent Lindkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. G.D.Pedorido's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Lindkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kent Lindkvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Aldaír Ferreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 83 minutes into the game, André Távora threw the ball into play from the sideline. AC Guizão's David Rebocho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 84th play minutes Kent Lindkvist shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Aldaír Ferreira and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 91st minute Kent Lindkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldaír Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Catarino Mafra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catarino Mafra hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. G.D.Pedorido played a much better game than AC Guizão and deserved their victory. The AC Guizão players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
