Spectators: 8139 (Terracing: 6105, Seating: 1872, VIP seats: 162) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vivaldo Barros got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, SC Tornado's Vítor Travassos got control of the ball when Alberto Portugal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cüneyd Bektaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Lima in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, SC Tornado's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Madruga came free, but Vítor Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Severino Madruga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cüneyd Bektaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Belo in the 16th minute of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Paulo Belo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Machada FC's Cüneyd Bektaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cüneyd Bektaş came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Tornado's Vivaldo Barros. But to his dismay, Vivaldo Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 20th minute Paulo Belo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cüneyd Bektaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Machada FC fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Machada FC's Severino Madruga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cüneyd Bektaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Belo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Cüneyd Bektaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Belo in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match, Severino Madruga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vítor Travassos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Belo in the 40th minute of play forced Machada FC's goalkeeper Cüneyd Bektaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Tornado's Vítor Travassos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save SC Tornado from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Alexandre Quadros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Machada FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Tornado were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Madruga to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that André Bomba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vítor Travassos was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Vítor Travassos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Bomba's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Machada FC's Cüneyd Bektaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Machada FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Machada FC's Liberto Chirinos got a free kick in the 76th minute. André Bomba struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Vítor Travassos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machada FC. Alberto Portugal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vítor Travassos. SC Tornado's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Vivaldo Barros took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Cüneyd Bektaş to make any attempt to save it. Severino Madruga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Belo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Belo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vítor Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Madruga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 minutes, André Bomba made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. SC Tornado's Vítor Travassos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The SC Tornado players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
