Mateus Belo started the match with the kick off. André Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Moutinho in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Antoninhos do Condado getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Cristóvão Lessa hit a great ball. André Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Simões in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Brasil's David Linhares got a free kick in the 12th minute. André Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Simões in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Valdemar Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antoninhos do Condado's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Henriques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olívio Calçada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valdemar Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Brasil's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Valdemar Henriques fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. André Ribeiro came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Brasil's Jairo Simões. But to his dismay, Jairo Simões quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 44 minutes into the match, Angelo Ramalho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of André Ribeiro. Antoninhos do Condado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Ramalho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jairo Simões made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, João Palhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olívio Calçada having to interfere. André Ribeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Olívio Calçada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Belo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Valdemar Henriques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olívio Calçada. Brasil's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Henriques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Mateus Belo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Olívio Calçada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Micael Gaspar hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Antoninhos do Condado's goalkeeper André Ribeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Ramalho. In the 96th minute, Valdemar Henriques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Brasil players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
