Tarcísio Santarém charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tarcísio Santarém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Titãs FC booed when SC Agucadeira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarcísio Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Agucadeira's Matias Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graciano Ponte in the 16th minute of play. When SC Agucadeira's Tarcísio Santarém in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Titãs FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Tarcísio Santarém who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titãs FC's Atanasije Vuković was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tarcísio Santarém could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Atanasije Vuković made a huge save. Rui Vilarinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When SC Agucadeira's Tarcísio Santarém in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Titãs FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute of the match SC Agucadeira got a corner. Titãs FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. João Bettencourt ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 43 played minutes SC Agucadeira got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Trigueiro. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarcísio Santarém made a kick off. In the 55th minute Tarcísio Santarém shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atanasije Vuković saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Agucadeira's Tomás Abrantes got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Agucadeira's zone, Graciano Ponte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Tinoco came out of the goal and Graciano Ponte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Tarcísio Santarém left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Agucadeira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Matias Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Rui Vilarinho sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Valverde in the 69th minute of play forced Titãs FC's goalkeeper Atanasije Vuković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Tarcísio Santarém who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titãs FC's Atanasije Vuković was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tarcísio Santarém took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Atanasije Vuković. Atanasije Vuković dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When SC Agucadeira's Tarcísio Santarém in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Titãs FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th minute, SC Agucadeira's Tomás Abrantes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tomás Abrantes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Agucadeira protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tomás Abrantes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, SC Agucadeira's Tomás Abrantes got a free kick in the 78th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeferino Lima got free with Matias Tinoco in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute Tarcísio Santarém shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atanasije Vuković saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Agucadeira's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by João Bettencourt in the 85th minute. After 89 played minutes SC Agucadeira got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Quintas. Graciano Ponte was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Graciano Ponte struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Matias Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titãs FC. Bonifacio Romano hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, SC Agucadeira could leave the field as winners, despite Titãs FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
