When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Marko Skotti put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Keylor Navas. Keylor Navas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Medeiros in the 11th minute. Jesualdo Lustosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jarbas Carvalhal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, ADC Perre's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Martxel came free, but Jarbas Carvalhal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarbas Carvalhal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Martxel in the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Maurício Boaventura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jarbas Carvalhal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Keylor Navas came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by ADC Perre's Jesualdo Lustosa. But to his dismay, Jesualdo Lustosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jarbas Carvalhal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Martxel's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After 41 played minutes Mariadeira Boavista FC got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Costa. Keylor Navas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marko Skotti in the 43rd minute. Keylor Navas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marko Skotti's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomás Aragones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Oliver Laferla came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Mariadeira Boavista FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Laferla couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute, Tomás Aragones made a precise shot to the right of Jarbas Carvalhal. ADC Perre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 59 minutes into the match, Mariadeira Boavista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Skotti came free, but Keylor Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Mariadeira Boavista FC booed when ADC Perre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarbas Carvalhal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomás Aragones showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 92 minute of play. Many of Mariadeira Boavista FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mariadeira Boavista FC may have spent more time on the ball, but ADC Perre were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
