Lucas Loureiro scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Meireles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Parede Football Club's Chico Frangov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Barata in the 33rd minute of play. Chico Frangov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ursus Erler in the 34th minute. Leandro Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Carvalho in the 39th minute of the match. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Carvalho in the 44th minute of play. When Zeca Tabernilla came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Parede Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeca Tabernilla couldn't finish the play. Lucas Loureiro took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Meireles. Leandro Meireles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Zeca Tabernilla made the kick off in the second half. Leandro Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Freitas in the 54th minute of play. Zeca Tabernilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Leandro Meireles made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Basílio Pinto got a free kick in the 68th minute. Zeca Tabernilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Leandro Meireles made a huge save. A collision led to Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eurico Aleixo hit a great ball. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Carvalho came free, but Leandro Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes, Igor Barata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos and the Parede Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Barata to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Freitas might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Meireles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Freitas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute, Zeca Tabernilla made a precise shot to the right of Leandro Meireles. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Lucas Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Meireles having to interfere. Leandro Meireles made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Zeca Tabernilla sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the game, Cristiano Freitas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parede Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos the free kick. A collision led to Parede Football Club getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Cristiano Freitas hit a great ball. In the 94th minute of the match Igor Luz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chico Frangov skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Parede Football Club's Almiro Fontoura got a free kick in the 94th minute. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Parede Football Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
