Ivar Björling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio Castanheira in the 9th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Suidros FC's corner Donato Barroso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ivar Björling quite easily take care of the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Suidros FC got a corner. AL-Bombarralense B's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Donato Barroso ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Juliusz Julia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivar Björling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juliusz Julia in the 18th minute. After 22 played minutes Suidros FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Barroso. In the 23rd minute, Telmo Semedo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Suidros FC's Laércio Vasconcelos didn't even have to move. AL-Bombarralense B's Telmo Semedo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Laércio Vasconcelos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Juliusz Julia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suidros FC's Vitório Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivar Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Mendes in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Suidros FC defense, Antero Soveral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laércio Vasconcelos. The Suidros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laércio Vasconcelos should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Marek Paciuszko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute Antero Soveral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laércio Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivar Björling made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Juliusz Julia sent off a good shot on target. If Vitório Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laércio Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentim Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. AL-Bombarralense B's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Telmo Semedo in the 45th minute. AL-Bombarralense B's Telmo Semedo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Laércio Vasconcelos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 47 minutes into the match, Suidros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antero Soveral came free, but Laércio Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentim Silveira to make the kick off. Marek Paciuszko hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Antero Soveral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Laércio Vasconcelos made a huge save. Antero Soveral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Suidros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sidónio Leme came free, but Laércio Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivar Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Mendes in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Suidros FC were awarded a corner. Donato Barroso went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Sidónio Leme took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Laércio Vasconcelos to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Juliusz Julia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suidros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juliusz Julia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivar Björling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laércio Vasconcelos was a little too slow when Sidónio Leme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-4. The supporters of AL-Bombarralense B booed when Suidros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Óscar Padilha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivar Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Paciuszko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AL-Bombarralense B's Ivar Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliusz Julia in the 76th minute of play. When Suidros FC's Juliusz Julia in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AL-Bombarralense B's goalie prevented a goal. In the 81st minute, Horácio Quintas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laércio Vasconcelos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Juliusz Julia kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Laércio Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidónio Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Laércio Vasconcelos was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Sidónio Leme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sidónio Leme really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitório Mendes in the 97th minute of play forced AL-Bombarralense B's goalkeeper Ivar Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AL-Bombarralense B supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AL-Bombarralense B would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
